Role model
The account administrator can add users to the account and assign them a role.
User list
To view the users belonging to the account, log in to the platform as an administrator. Click on the icon > Users. You will see all users registered in this account and their roles.
One user can have any number of roles.
You can filter account users by name and login. The Active users only switch filters out all inactive users. If the switch is off, all users will be on the list.
How to create a new user
Click Add user and fill out the following fields:
- First name — user first name.
- Last name — user last name.
- Login — user login.
- User role — select one or more user roles from the list.
- Password — create a strong password and repeat it.
If you disable the Active option, the user will not be able to use the account.
Confirm the action.

Special roles
Please note that a number of user roles have a special purpose.
-
The INITIAL role does not allow logging into the account. This role is intended to be used for the initial account creation. In order for the user to log in, replace or complement it with another, except for the ones listed below.
-
The RAWLOGS_ANALYTIC role only allows downloading dialog logs in the
.csv
format. These logs can be retrieved with HTTP requests, so if the user with this role does not need access to the JAICP interface, no other roles are needed.
