Logging user actions
The administrator can view the logs of users which belong to his or her account.
Viewing logs
Sign in to the platform as the account administrator to view the logs. Click the icon on the top navigation bar > Users Actions History.
You can use the search form to filter the events by the following parameters:
- Creation date — the time period (specify the start and the end date).
- Project — select the project from the list.
- Event type — select one or more events from the list.
- User — specify the email of the user who has initiated the events.
Log entry contents
- Event matches the type of the action recorded.
- Created — date and time when the event occurred.
- User — email of the user.
- Project to which modifications were made.
Is only recorded if the action was performed on the project.
- Comments — additional event parameters. This can be the type of the channel affected by the event.
- Device — details of the browser and the device of the user who has initiated the event.
- IP — IP address the event occurred from.
Downloading results
Click Download to download the contents of the current search to an .xlsx
file with the following fields: Event, Created, User, Project, Comments, Device, IP.
