User profile

To open the user profile, click your name in the upper right corner and select Settings. Here you can change your credentials and customize the interface.

User

• Email — the email you used for registration.
  • To change your email, click Change my email.
• Email reports on bot statistics — receiving weekly reports on bot statistics.
• Name — user first name.
• Last name — user last name.
• Profile picture — user profile picture.
  • Click Upload and choose an image. Click Save to apply the changes.
  • The image should be in .jpg or .png format. Its size should not exceed 10 MB.

Email reports

If you want to receive weekly reports on bot statistics, activate Email reports on bot statistics. This option is only available for users with the following roles: ADMIN, ANALYST, CONTENT_MANAGER, and USER.

Reports include the following data on JAICP and JAICF projects:

• dialog results;
• the total number of clients and the number of new clients;
• the number of dialogs and messages;
• the number of inbound and outbound calls;
• the number of minutes spent on calls;
• average call duration.

Reports also include projects without results during the last 2 weeks. If you do not have any projects, no reports will be sent.

Password

To change your password, enter your old password, then type in the new one twice and click Save password.

Password length must be at least 10 characters. The password must contain at least one number, one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter.

Interface

You can change the interface language and configure the time zone.

Time zone setup

By default, the browser time zone is used. You can choose another time zone according to the UTC standard.

To apply the time zone change, log out and log in again.

Changing the time zone will affect the following:

• message and session time;
• task creation time;
• analytics report time.

The time zone change does not affect Server logs. They are always displayed in UTC±00:00 server time.
