Dialogs
In the toolbar, click Analytics > Dialogs to go to the dialogs page. Here you can view the list of dialogs and sessions and also apply filters using the search block.
Filter parameters
With the search block you can filter the results by the following parameters:
- Date – specify the start and end dates for the period. Sessions and phrases in this period will be filtered when you click Apply. The default period is 1 day from the current date.
- Text – filters sessions and phrases that contain the specified text in the user messages in the dialogue.
- Response text – filters sessions and phrases that contain the specified text in the bot messages in the dialogue.
- Bot name – shows a bot list for you to hide sessions and phrases that are not related to a specific bot.
- Response Data Json Path – enables custom fields for data export.

- Comment – filters sessions and phrases by comment text in phrases.
- Operator – filters sessions by the act of transfer to the operator.
- Phrase tags – filters sessions by tags.
The Phrase tags field will not be displayed if no tag groups for phrases have been created.
- Phrases with no tags – filters phrases by the presence of tags.
- Hide empty sessions — when the parameter is enabled, the following sessions will be hidden:
- where there is only one message from the client:
/start; - where the only bot message was triggered by an event and did not receive a reply.
- where there is only one message from the client:
Additional filters
- Session tags – filters sessions and phrases by the tags specified for the sessions.
- Session ID – filters sessions and phrases by the specified session IDs.
- Class – filters by the NLP class that you select. Filters sessions and phrases by the presence of the specified class in a session. In other words, by the states from which the transition to the phrase was made.
- State – allows you to select an NLP state. Filters sessions and phrases by the presence of the specified state in a session. In other words, by the states into which the transition was made following the phrase.
- Tagged phrases – filters sessions and phrases by the presence of phrase tags.
- Session with no marks – shows sessions that have not been tagged.
- Client – filters sessions and phrases by the specified client name.
- Tagged sessions – filters sessions and phrases by the presence of session tags.
- Nested classes – filters sessions and phrases by the presence of nested classes.
- Nested states – filters sessions and phrases by the presence of nested states.
- Campaign ID – filters sessions and phrases by a broadcast campaign ID.
- Show – limits the selection to inbound or outbound calls.
- Call results – filters sessions and phrases by call results.
Click Apply to filter records by the specified parameters.
The last 1000 dialogs are shown by default. Click Load all to load all the dialogs for the selected filter.
New filters Early access
To activate the new version of dialog filters, contact your account manager.
New filters are applied together. Suggested options will depend on the values of the previously applied filters.
Starting from version 1.10.3 you can filter dialogs by the following parameters:
- Session ID — filters sessions and phrases by the specified session IDs. The top 5 session IDs with the maximum number of messages will be displayed when selecting the Session ID filter.
- Conversation start date and time — the default period is 1 day from the current date. Sessions and phrases of the conversation start will be filtered for the specified period. When setting the period, you can select time After or Before the selected date, or else Between two dates. Selecting Any will display sessions and phrases for the entire period.
- Conversation end date and time — the default period is 1 day from the current date. Sessions and phrases of the conversation end will be filtered for the specified period. When setting the period, you can select time After or Before the selected date, or else Between two dates. Selecting Any will display sessions and phrases for the entire period.
- Conversation tags — filters sessions and phrases by the dialog tags. When configuring the parameter, you can set one of the following flags: No tag, Any tag, Any of the selected, or Does not contain. By default Not important flag is set, tags are not displayed.
- Conversation initiator — you can filter sessions and phrases by the dialog initiator. Select Client, Bot, or Any.
- Campaign ID — filters sessions and phrases by a broadcast campaign ID. The top 5 campaign IDs with the maximum number of messages will be displayed when selecting the Campaign ID filter.
- Channel type — filters sessions and phrases by the specified channel type. The top 5 channel types with the maximum number of messages will be displayed when selecting the Channel type filter.
- Channel ID — filters sessions and phrases by the specified channel ID.
- Client name — filters sessions and phrases by the specified client name. The telephone number is indicated for the telephone channel. The top 5 clients with the maximum number of messages will be displayed when selecting the Client name filter.
- Message type — filters sessions and phrases by message type: user messages or events.
- Message date and time — the default period is 2 weeks before the current date. Sessions and phrases will be filtered for the specified period. When setting the period, you can select time After or Before the selected date, or else Between two dates. Selecting Any will display sessions and phrases for the entire period.
- Message text — filters sessions and phrases by the specified text in the client’s messages. Specify the text of the required message and select one of the following flags: Contains, Does not contain, Equal to.
- Client message count — filters sessions and phrases by the specified number of client messages in the dialogue.
Client messages include client’s phrases and files. Empty messages, /start messages and other events will not be included in the filter result.
- Bot message — filters sessions and phrases by the specified bot message in the dialogue. Specify the text of the required message and select one of the following flags: Contains, Does not contain, Equal to.
- Message tags — filters sessions and phrases based on message tags. When configuring the parameter, you can set one of the following flags: No tag, Any tag, Any of the selected, or Does not contain. By default Not important flag is set, tags are not displayed.
- Comment – filters sessions and phrases by comment text in phrases. Specify a required comment and select one of the following flags: Contain, Does not contain, Equal to.
- Message class — filters sessions and phrases by the specified message class in the dialogue.
- Message state — filters sessions and phrases by the specified state in the dialogue.
Class is a state name in which the processing of a client’s message starts while state is a state name in which a bot generates the response. If there are transitions between states, the class and the state may not match.
- Message intent — filters sessions and phrases by the specified intent in the dialogue.
- Downloaded fields — enables custom fields for data export.
