Project overview

The Project overview page is a dashboard that displays analytical information for the current project. Here you can analyze summary statistics for the selected period by:

• Volumes
• Results

To get more precise information about clients, dialogs, and call tasks, go to Analytics.

Filters

With the search block you can filter criteria by the following parameters:

• Period (P1) — the default period is 2 weeks before the current date.
• Period (P2) — the default period is 2 weeks before P1.
  • In the comparison tables, the data on project criteria for the specified periods will appear.
• Channel — channel ID.

If there is no data for the selected period P1, but there is data earlier or later than this interval, then you will be suggested these periods to choose from.
