Results
To understand the script’s effectiveness, it is important to track the result the client achieved during the conversation with the bot.
You can view the detailed conversation progress in the Analytics > Dialogs section.
How to set a dialog result
To be able to analyze result statistics:
- Use the
$analytics.setSessionResult
method or thesessionResult
state parameter in your script code. - Use state labels in the J‑Graph visual editor.
The dialog result will appear on the chart as soon as the client enters the state in which the result is set.
To hide one of the results, click on the chart legend.
Period comparison by results
The table contains the dialog results set at the beginning and at the end of P1 and P2.
By clicking the fields in Difference in P1 and Difference in P2, you will be redirected to a list of dialogs with particular result.
Table export
To export the table in the .xlsx
format, click the Table export button.
The generated report results depend on the filters applied. To download the full report, reset the filters you applied earlier.
