Role model
The administrator can add users to the account and assign the role model.
User list
To view users of the account, log in to the platform as an administrator. Click on the icon
> Users. You will see all users connected to this account and their roles.
Note that one user can have multiple roles.
You can filter accounts by name and emails. Active users only switch will filter out only the active users of the account in the list. If the switch is off, all users of the account will be in the list.
How to add a user with new roles?
Press, Add user then fill next info for username:
- First Name — First Name.
- Last Name — Last Name.
- Email — user email.
- Access — select one or more user role from the list.
- Password — create a strong password and repeat it.
- Switch to the Active in inactive mode, the user will not be able to use the account, even if the username and password are correct.
Confirm the information.

View deployment statistics with the option of manual deployment. View, create and edit news. View settings, the User flow page, the list of projects and statistics for the project, as well as the overview page for the project. Access to view and edit the user's personal information in the user's profile. |
| DIALER_ADMIN | Create, view and edit the number list. Create and view the voice broadcasts list. |
