    "result": {"data":{"site":{"siteMetadata":{"title":"Gatsby-doc-engine"}},"markdownRemark":{"id":"d2527c85-e5c1-5609-9051-bb0393ce4456","excerpt":"MFMS: WhatsApp as an incoming channel MFMS automates processes and builds an ecosystem for quality dialogue between the company and its customers, as well as…","html":"<h1>MFMS: WhatsApp as an incoming channel</h1>\n<hr>\n<p><a href=\"https://www.edna.ru/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MFMS</a> automates processes and builds an ecosystem for quality dialogue between the company and its customers, as well as integrates new, consumer-friendly digital channels.</p>\n<p class='warn'>Please note that MFMS is moving to a new brand <a href=https://mfms.ru/ target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">edna</a>.</p>\n<p>Do the following to use WhatsApp MFMS as an incoming channel:</p>\n<ol>\n<li><a href=\"#Creating-a-channel-in-JAICP\">Create a channel in JAICP</a></li>\n<li><a href=\"#Setting-up-the-MFMS-service\">Setting up the MFMS service</a></li>\n<li><a href=\"#Connecting-the-channel\">Connect the channel</a></li>\n<li><a href=\"#Channel-testing\">Test the сhannel</a></li>\n<li><a href=\"#Publishing-the-bot\">Publish the bot</a></li>\n</ol>\n</br>\n<h4>Creating a channel in JAICP</h4>\n<p>Go to the JAICP platform and click <em>Channels</em> > <em>Create channel</em> in the dashboard. Select <em>WhatsApp MFMS</em> in the <em>Messengers and social networks</em> section.</p>\n<p>Fill out the fields:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Name</em> — specify a name for the channel or keep the default one.</li>\n<li><em>API key</em> — eave the field blank.</li>\n<li><em>Branch</em> — specify the project branch you want to deploy to the channel (<code class=\"language-text\">master</code> by default).</li>\n<li><em>Agent</em> — select an agent channel or leave blank.</li>\n<li><em>Deploy</em> — select <em>Automatic</em> (each time any change made to the project is saved) or <em>Manual</em> (using the <em>Publish</em> button in the channel description line).</li>\n</ul>\n<p class='tip'>Please note the <em>Deploy</em> radio button. You have to deploy a script before starting the chatbot. At this stage, the system builds the chatbot, checks script syntax and performs tests.</p>\n<p>Click <em>Create</em>.</p>\n<p>Under the name of the created channel click <em>Get webhook</em>, it will be copied to the clipboard. You will need the copied webhook later when configuring the MFMS service.</p>\n</br>\n<h4>Setting up the MFMS service</h4>\n<p>Log in to the <a href=\"https://im.mfms.ru/dashboard\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">MFMS</a> platform as an administrator. Go to the user profile.\r\nHere in section <em>Your API key</em> click <em>Generate</em>. Copy the key, you will need it at the channel connection stage.</p>\n<p>In the <em>Callback URL</em> field, insert the webhook you copied earlier at the channel creation stage.</p>\n<p>In the <em>Test phone numbers</em> section below, specify here the phone numbers with which you will test the chatbot.</p>\n</br>\n<h4>Connecting the channel</h4>\n<p>Go to the JAICP platform. You are now in the channel settings.</p>\n<p>In the <em>API Key</em> field, paste the previously copied API key > save changes.</p>\n</br>\n<h4>Channel testing</h4>\n<p>At this stage you can <a href=\"https://im.mfms.ru/instruction/testing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">test the work of the chatbot</a>. To do this, go to <a href=\"https://api.whatsapp.com/send/?phone=79636129154&#x26;text&#x26;app_absent=0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">link</a>, write any incoming message into the chatbox from the test number. This will initiate a chat conversation, after which you can start a dialogue with the bot.</p>\n</br>\n<h4>Publishing the bot</h4>\n<p>To publish the bot, you need to <a href=\"https://business.facebook.com/business/help/1710077379203657#180505742745347\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">submit the WhatsApp Business API registration form</a>.
